1. About the service

BuildManage is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for construction site management, developed and operated by TRADI TEX PROD SRL. By creating an account, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accounts and access

• Each organization (tenant) receives a separate account with isolated data.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share the account with persons outside the organization.
• You must immediately notify any unauthorized access to the account.

3. Acceptable use

The platform may be used exclusively for legal purposes, for construction management. The following are prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Uploading malicious content, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the application

4. Data and privacy

Processing of personal data is described in Privacy Policy. Operational data (attendance, reports, documents) remains the property of your organization and can be exported at any time.

5. Payments and subscriptions

• Prices are displayed in EUR, excluding VAT. VAT applies according to applicable legislation.
• Payment is made monthly or annually, in advance.
• The trial plan (14 days) does not require a credit card and is activated automatically upon registration.
• Upon trial expiration without activating a paid plan, the account is automatically suspended.
• No refunds are granted for already-billed periods, except as provided by law.

6. Availability and SLA

We commit to maintaining platform availability at a minimum of 99% per month (excluding scheduled maintenance). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses caused by temporary interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

The maximum liability of the platform provider to a client shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last calendar month. The provider is not liable for indirect, profit, or data losses.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, source code, design and brand BuildManage are the exclusive property of TRADI TEX PROD SRL and are protected by intellectual property legislation. Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights by using the platform.

9. Contract termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. The provider may suspend or terminate the account in case of non-compliance with these terms, with prior notice.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Important changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts in Romania.
