Is there a free trial period? ▼
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card required. You have full access to all features of your chosen plan. At the end you can activate a subscription or cancel with no obligation.
How long does setup take? ▼
Your account is active immediately after registration. Basic setup (company, first site, first team) takes under 10 minutes via the onboarding wizard.
How does GPS time-tracking work? ▼
The worker opens the app in a browser (no installation), taps Check-in and the GPS location is automatically recorded. At Check-out the duration is calculated and saved to the report.
Is my data safe? Where is it stored? ▼
Data is stored on servers in the European Union, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant and never sell your data.
Can I change my plan at any time? ▼
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from the control panel. The price difference is calculated pro-rata for the remaining days in the cycle.
What happens if I stop paying? ▼
The account is automatically suspended when the subscription expires. Data is kept for 30 days, during which you can reactivate or export everything. After 30 days it is deleted.
Is it available on mobile? ▼
Yes — the app is a PWA (Progressive Web App): it installs directly from the browser on Android and iOS without an App Store. Workers can check in even with a slow connection.
Does it support multiple languages? ▼
Yes — the interface is available in 8 languages: Romanian, English, French, German, Polish, Bulgarian, Greek and Spanish. The language switches instantly from any page.
